“FST” High pressure Filters: Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) is a high pressure gas that is an alternative transportation fuel. CNG is environment friendly in terms of reduction in emission during combustion. Compressed Natural Gas or CNG gets contaminated during its journey through the pipeline to the dispenser. There are various contaminants that should be filtered: solid particles, moisture and lubricating oil carried over from CNG Compressors. Removal of these contaminants is essential to protect the NGV vehicle Engines. FST CNG Filters are designed to operate at the high pressure applications of CNG Fueling at 275 Bar (4000 psig). Latest ASME codes are followed in the design of FST CNG Filter housings. Borosilicate Glass Fiber based filter elements are used for filtration which offer the lowest pressure drop and long life. These filters remove dirt, condensates, oil and moisture and ensure high degree of purity in the CNG at Filter outlet. The gas flowing out of FST Filters Outlet Port meets the following specs

Compressed Air leaving a Screw or Piston Compressor contains a high water content and oil and other contaminants. It is imperative to employ a Compressed Air Filter to remove these contaminants. FST Compressed Air Filters are widely used in the Pnuematic Lines for this purpose. Compressed air typically contains moisture, dust, oil, rust & other contaminants. This necessiates the need of high efficiency filtration. DELTA Compressed Air Filter use Pleated Borosilicate Glass fibre based filter elements. These filter elements have a built-in Pre Filter layer which eliminates the need for a separate pre-filter. The pleated glass fibre media offers a surface area is equivalent to 5 times the filtration area of competitors products. The end result is low pressure drop and long life with minimum maintenance costs. We guarantee 10,000 working hours of filter element life.
